FAQ

PreOrders:  Depending on the item being preordered it can take anywhere from 3-5 weeks for it to be made before it is shipped. 

Shipping: All orders will go out as soon as possible. In stock items will be shipped within the week of the order being placed. Preordered items will be shipped as soon as they have been processed. For international orders it can take anywhere from 2-8 weeks for you to receive your order. Please note that if your package is returned/rejected back to us you will have to pay for the for the re-shipment postage. 

Policy: We do not accept returns unless it is a mistake on our end with your order. Please make sure all of your order info is correct, such as shipping info and sizing. If you did happen to make a mistake with your order contact us (thecinegogue@gmail.com) as soon as possible and we will get it situated unless it is too late. We will not be responsible for your order if the shipping info you provided is incorrect. In the case of lost or stolen packages it is your responsibility to contact your postal service for the filing of any claims.
